Everything was nice overall, except Room 101 had two problems: the room had an old stench of cigarette smells and caused headaches for my fiance. Also, our shades didn't block out window light coming in from the outside, bright business sign.
Standard room with all the basic amenities. Fridge worked great, good AC, comfortable bed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Laundry onsite
Driving from OR through CA towards AZ and this was a great place to stop for the evening. Melissa at the front desk was professional and very sweet. We also got to have our two dogs with us for only an extra $20. Without the dogs the room would’ve been under $100. The building and the rooms could use some updating (paint chips and cracks here and there) but the room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. We both slept well. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but for the wonderful service, great price, and comfortable nights stay, it warrants an excellent rating. We’d definitely stay here again!
The lady named Karen at check in was very professional yet friendly. Provided extra towels and blankets during a rain storm and NYE. unfortunately, the hot tub was not hot as it was not working and neither was our room refrigerator that had about $60 in fancy New Year's Day breakfast. I had to throw it all away!most likely a bad compressor since we could hear it clicking on and off throughout the night. Room was VERY clean and the newer furnishings were comfy. Just needs some touch up paint here and there. Snacks are available for sale in the lobby. Ice machine worked. Not a lot of street noise. Would stay again.
